I didn't want to have anything to do with the opposite sex at all. Then I met someone... and she's perfect... I couldn't be happier.

You need to do something, I dunno what. But you seem to be at the social and emotional level of a junior high kid when you are far past that in age. At some point you need to learn to deal as an adult if you ever want to live the lifestyle that adults do. Today I was going to my friend's house helping her to set up her new LCD iMac. She was asking me if I am interested attending to her craft class. She says there are a lot of nice girls around my age attending her class.
I told her no
Then she asked me why I still havent' dated.
I told her I did attempt to couple of time and did one "real" once but only lasted for two weeks.
Then I told her the story about three years ago I really want to date a girl that used to be my colleague. She's nice and cute and I really wanted to dated her. But later gave up because she already had a boyfriend.
She asked me if I loved her or not....I said "Yes, but right now I feel myself a real loser on everything. I don't even yet have a stable job. No girl would want to date a real loser like me. Dating for me right now is a stupid waste of time and MONEY...forget it....."
Just when I was about to finish my talk I suddenly felt someone was standing behind me ...........guess what? IT WAS HER! The colleague that I before wanted and now still want to date!
She heard everything I said....FU*K!

I see nothing terrible here Leonis, now the girl know that you have some special feelings for her : what's wrong with that. Women are never offended to hear that somebody love them. they are worried only if you harrass them, which is not obviously the case.
I think that obviously you did not want to date your friend, you appreciate it as a friend not as a girlfriend. You find a lame excuse depreciating you in order to not worry her, but if you really don't want her, you'd better say that you appreciate her as a friend but don't want to go further. Saying that you are depressive, will worry her, and in a maternal reflex , she will be more interested in you as ever.

What's really important is having self-respect, in believing in one's self. This is true whether your seeking a relationship or trying to succeed in a task. I think fewer people feel self-assured these days. We have too many negative images of ourselves due to today's culture of perfect bodies, perfect car, perfect boyfriend/girlfriend, wearing the right thing, looking the right way. Or even how to succeed in business. If you're not the next Gates or Carmack, you're a loser. We just have to learn to be happy with ourselves, our strengths, our shortcomings.
Barring that, I'd go with MiMac's porn suggestion.
