which are you?

personally, im leaning over towards the lazy factor of late. although im in good shape, that wont last long as my metabolism slows down and age finally catches up to me. sitting on my ass all day is starting to take its toll...

damn, i really gotta make A&Ms club baseball team if im gonna have any chance of not getting fat...

Moving in the opposite direction as you. Maybe we'll meet in the middle.

Motivation and Confidence are the keys to success. Physical Fitness is a key part of my life, and not just because it has to be. I love pushups. Really, I do

I'm kinda both at the moment, I try and go to the gym twice every week before work but I find it harder and harder to get up that early as the weeks go on

I'm doing okay though, rather than gain weight as I get older I'm losing it, ~46lbs over the last couple of years.

    * former lazy slob, trying to become a health freak

I'm finding that my metabolism isn't what it was as a kid and am watching my diet much closer than previously, taking note of fats and carbohydrates. I've also started jogging and lifting weights regularly over the part couple months.

I started to cycle to work yesterday (9 miles each way). Much faster than several buses, if a little uncomfortable (low quality road surface )

Reformed lazy slob turned into healthy, non-freak.

I'm moving to DC and am worried about maintaining my fitness. Working for a law firm can make you really really, well, fat. So, I'm going to try to bike commute. Its 22miles each way.

    Mr. Clean Marine.

As for me, I've started working out 2-3 times a week before hockey practice, but I can't claim to thoroughly enjoy it. Especially when I do those God-forsaken lunge things and my knees start trembling when I'm on the ice because my legs are so knotted up.

I go to basketball practice and play golf and that's about it. Oh ya sometimes I swim some laps. Unfortunately, right now we only have basketball practice once a week. Earlier in the summer we had it 3 times a week. I usually do most of my physical activity in the school year when we have basketball 5 times a week for 2 and a half hours a day. So I guess that besides golf and 1 day of basketball, I'm pretty lazy in the summer. Not a lazy slob, but more of a lazy bastard

    Both.

I am a lazy slob who is vain, so I am a health freak. If I could find a pill to maintain muscle tone, or pushing the buttons on the remote would count as aerobic exercise, I would be a very happy camper. But since I don't want my a$$ to be down around my ankles and my stomach to arrive in the room 10 minutes before I do, I go to the gym and watch what I eat.

Health food stores are addictive with all their health chocolate

Ain't as easy as it used to be is it...

    Stupid desk job!

I play basketball in 2 men's leagues, twice a week and fill in for a volleyball league. And usually work out once a week, but no serious regiment. I try to watch what I eat, but I love all the food that's bad for ya. Still I'm 28, 6'1" and 192 lbs. But not as active as I used to be.

So I guess I'll lable myself as half healthy, half lazy and all freak!

    Health freak.

I've been working out continually since 1983. My workout consists of both lifting weights and running or riding the stationary bikes. I generally eat good, have been taking lots of vitimans and other supplements since before 1983, never smoked (well, only 2 ciggarettes) and hardly drink.
