I understand Adobe going after people selling Fake, counterfeit product.. but Adobe filed a lawsuit against me for selling Product i bought from Authorized Adobe Resellers and they are claiming the Academic i am selling as Academic and the OEM i sell as OEM with Hardware is not legal for me to sell because they said so..
Adobe is a bully, unlike many larger companies and will sue people for just reselling their items without permission. Adobe has stated to me in emails that The First Sale Doctrine and US COPYRIGHT ACT Section 109A does not apply to them.
Adobe believe that they have full control over their products from first sale until destroyed and suing people for illegitimate reasons. Yes, these people, including me will win when it gets in front of a judge but Adobe's plan is to Use the discovery process to rack up my legal bill so high that i cannot afford to make it to court.. Please tell me how fair that is.
