<strong>Murray, I think it's time to get that little "snip snip" operation. <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laughing]" /> </strong><hr></blockquote>
Yeah, cut the cord already. You need a new keyboard
We went to bed last night at 10:30, only to wake up at 1:00 am - we were in business.
Get mom-in-law over to watch out daughter, and hit labour & delivery at about 2:30. A few dozen "I can't do this anymore" screeches, and it was all over. Erin Hayley, 8lb 12oz, born at 4:05 am.
It's almost 10:00 pm right now, and I'm about to fall over. Kids are finally asleep... wife and I are on 2 1/2 hours of sleep... man, what a day.
I shouldn't make fun of my wife though... no pain medication at all, and we waltzed out of the hospital 8 hours after the birth. She looked more like she was going out for dinner and a movie that having just given birth. Women - strongest freakin' things on earth, man. I'd kill myself if I had to piss out a pea. But if I had to pass a FREAKING HUMAN? Kill me now.
The whole adrenaline thing is wearing off, and I need some shut eye. Thought I'd peek in here first though, and see that I have a thread dedicated to me. Aw shucks guys, thanks.
Took mostly 35mm photos, but have a couple of digitals.
Of course, new setup pic:
Here's the now madly jealous older sister, who turns 2 in February, helping mom change a diaper:
Looks like I'll be averaging a post a week from now on.
Since we are veering off topic, I'd like to point out that I am running the Black Light screen saver as my desktop via Desk Effects, and it is wicked cool.
