Do you really want to get into <a href="http://forums.appleinsider.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=6&t=002246"; target="_blank">that kind of debate</a> with me? I think Jillian looks really cute, but you're right in that she looks "like a skank" compared to the professionalism of the the other anchors. But Jillian really shouldn't be held to the same standard because she's not a news anchor on a major news channel. Maybe if she wore that to work at CNN you'd have a case. But Jillian looks no more skanky than calling someone a whore because they wore a bathing suit to the beach. It's all in the appropriateness of the situation. (Although you won't hear any complaints from me if she hosted the Today Show in that manner of dress)

Christina Aguilera: now THAT'S an attention-starved skank. I like how she and Brittany came out with this clean-cut image and to seperate from each other, they started 'growing up' aka getting sluttier, but then Christina, in an even more obvious attempt to get out of Spears' shadow, went above and beyond the call of sluttiness. It's at that point where it's way past being attractive and well into sad.
Speaking locally, I'd have to vote for Lauren Glassberg (formerly working in Minnesota, now in New York at WABC).
Jordana Green at UPN29 in the Twin Cities runs a close second.
Edit: I should also mention someone who wasn't around Minnesota for long -- Lauren Freeman. She's down in Jacksonville now according to a quick Google search.
