Agreed. You have to find the right cigars. Don't just go down to 7-11 and buy those cheap-ass Schwisher Sweets.

I think that its pretty harmless for the most part considering that its 5 calories per piece.

Does anyone else have a similar addiction?

I do. All i ever do is chew gum. In fact i am chewing gum right now. If i don't have gum in my mouth and i have headphones in I might accidentally start chewing that. My best friend was addicted to gum before me and she thinks its contagious because -as i said- all i do  is chew gum.

Hi just thought i'd give my experiences on the gum situation! I stopped smoking and was having nicotinell instead 2mg ones about 120 pieces a day was doing that for about 10 years probably spent about £15000 on em!

Anyway was feeling ill all the time not suprisingly so stopped and went onto airwaves and then wrigleys ice also when they came out to help with withdrawal from nicotinell gum and got addicted to the airwaves and ice gum about 15 packs a day for 3 years ish.

Obviously this is extreme and i'm an obsessive person and think i had oral fixation like someone else on this thread said but just trying to make the point that i think they've got stuff in that can be physically addictive like aspartame and dont think their very good for you i had horrible white fur on my tongue all the time, thin hair, unnatural looking skin, bloodshot eyes VERY bad tempered and paranoid when i stopped got a couple of weeks of noticeable withdrawal i mean it wasn't that bad but it was there. Feel like a differnt person now ive stopped physically and mentally a lot better

Not trying to troll or scare monger or anything sure everyone on 15 pieces a day is no problem but i reckon they can be addictive especially when chewing ridiculously higher amounts!
