Owing the wonderful digital photography patents, Kodak should be make a new revolutionary product to change the embrassing postion.
Kodak never was a wonderful digital photography company. It was great only for its photography film. If it has wonderful digital photography patents, it will already have been competing against Canon, Nikon. Therefore, I conclude that its digital photography patents are really of little meaning.
Gerard Meuchner from Kodak here. Your headline suggests a result that differs with our reading of the decision. We see the ITC ruling as favorable and supportive, as our press release indicates: http://tinyurl.com/3vkhnt6
As we say in the press release, we remain extremely confident this case will ultimately conclude in Kodak?s favor.
I highly doubt that any one from Kodak is roaming around boards hoping someone will give an opening to post about the news release.

but nice try
Seems to mee like a pretty inexpensive way for a little spin control therefore I believe its real. Why not when a less than favorable result comes up but is still room for interpretation? A quick search for the negative headlines, post your thoughts and move on. it could get a lot of people at least looking at the blogs to try to see it Kodaks way - they have got to get a tourniquet on this before they bleed out.
Did I read well? There is a patent on making a picture while viewing a scene on a video feed? Is there a patent on breathing at the same time? If not, I should make that patent and sue the three of them....

I don't know why Kodak declines so quickly.

He registered just to post that - so I think more likely we hit google and the PR wheels had to be spun.
I thought that really I was just yanking his chain there
