None of those facts are correct.
More Americans BUY Samsung phones than Apple phones - and so on.
There are many reasons why people buy a phone even if they might prefer something different. They might buy a cheaper phone. They might have to buy a non-Apple phone because Apple phones aren't available on their network. Or they might be misled by paid Android shills like you.
So you are a legal expert? This is nonsense - there is no conflict of interest as law firms make sure to isolate cases such as this from anyone in the firm that might have a conflict. She is a judge, he's a lawyer. So you think one of them needs to give up their job? Total BS.
I programmed an application for a very respectable law firm in California. The application was called the Conflicts Database and it does exactly what you are describing. It finds possible conflicts of interest. In the case of this firm, if they turn up a conflict it is evaluated on a case by case basis as whether or not the conflict is significant or simply coincidental. Judges can recuse themselves if they personally feel there is a conflict but the law firm probably had Apple as an client before this matter turned up. Unless you want to sue the court, the judge has the legal right to preside over the case if they choose to.
Exactly, it was a civil suit brought on by BSA and not the crown. Are the fanboys too thick to tell the difference between a civil and a criminal matter?
Oh, it must be true if he says so. Do you actually think he's going to say 'our sales are pretty low right now, but we're hoping for another 2 or 3 this week.'

While there have been all manner of random allegations of a criminal past for dMalvo, no one's turned up a URL - until now.
And, unfortunately for some, it notes that there were never any convictions. Interesting read just the same:

Not true. But if it were, and these phones were more liked, wouldn't that make Apple the underdog?
