problems getting itool account

yay. I jus received my brand new ibook.

I wanted a address and so i try to sign up and installed the itools installer as part of the signing in process.

However, when it plugged in, it kept returning me to the original screen which i downloaded the installer... and jus wont get me to the application part...

can somebody pls help. I wanna sign up!!

One more thing, is it possible for me to open a .dat file. Wanna watch some of my vcds.

    using IE 5.1

    thinking of changing, but scared of consequences. whenever, i try something funny, my com will crash. ha ha

    guess jus cant get my email

If you are unable to login or create a new account and you are taken to the "iTools: Get Started" page showing the three steps to install iTools, please continue to the next step.

    7. The iTools Plug-In is installed by default on Mac OS X. To verify that it is installed on your system, look in the Hard Drive&gt;Library&gt;Internet Plug-Ins folder for the iTools Plug-in. If the Plug-in is in this folder, no further Installation is necessary.

    8. If the iTools Plug-in is not present, delete all copies of the iTools Installer and download a new copy from the "iTools: Get Started" page. Then double-click the iTools Installer to install the iTools Plug-In.

    9. You will then be taken to a page to create a new iTools account. If not, or if you already have an iTools account, enter the address "" in the address bar. Once there, click on the iTools tab at the top of the screen. On the following screen, click Login, or select an iTools service to use. This will bring you to the Login page where you can login to an existing account or create a new account.

    10. If you still see the "iTools: Get Started" page then repeat the previous step.
