Seems legit to me, though these are definitely shots of a boot log being displayed on a Mac (the starfield background is clearly visible on all of the pictures) - hence no retina resolution.
Btw., has anyone noticed the '244276 free pages'? Given a page size of 4KB, this yields 1GB of memory. I doubt anyone would fake such subtle details. I think it's definitely from a real prototype, though it's ceratinly not sure if it's the version that will be released.
Yes it's completely fakeable, but the image here is pointing out 4 cores.
Though IMO, they don't need to release a "A6" right now as they haven't an excuse for it yet. The 5 designation could just as easily mean a lower-power version of the previous A5 as it could mean anything else.
But then again we're just speculating.
If I were betting money, I'd say that quad-core is likely, 64-bit will probably come out once they decide to put more than 4GB of memory in it or other iOS devices. We'll probably see the "A6" or quad-core chip in the AppleTV devices for doing h.264 Level 5.2 Hi444PP Profile or something..

They do look legit though, very much like the device boot logs you get in XCode.

S5L8945X? Wouldn't that be more of an updated A5?
S5L8930X - A4
S5L8940X -A5
S5L8950X - would be A6???
Maybe it's just a Quadcore A5.
