I would never think of reading books on my laptop but I am excited to buy and read books on is gorgeous display.

I didn't mind reading books on my iPad 2, and I did read quite a few books on it, but unlike the new iPad, the text was not razor sharp. Reading books on the new iPad is the best reading experience of all devices out there, as long as you're not reading outside in direct sunlight.
