As you can see in the above model, the glass edge is transparent. I suggest the model will cut the bottom part, and add a illuminated Apple logo to turn the device on, by simply touching it. and to make the iMac fall asleep simply tap the apple logo once again. It will also get an microsd slot
Mac Mini gets the Ivy Bridge or Haswell Update, lowers price, adds larger ssd, NFC?, Bluettoth 4, possibility to be launched with Retina Ready Displays ( 2X Sized pixels but unlikely, and possibly released as an OS X update/option and new monitors), makes apple logo turn off the device/turn on ( glows while on) and mac mini is designed tall but with usb ports on top and speaker grills on the edges

The Newer iPad with NFC, LTE, New dock, Wifi N/AC (1.5MB/S) Corrected Overheating Issues, Use Single Cell Widescreen 16:9 screen/ Multitouch Sensor Technologies and Gorilla Glass 2, OS X Makes a Leap to iOS by bringing technologies such as Air Drop and File Sharing (No SD Cards) available through iDevices and bringing Widgets such as an alarm clock or calculator, and for the first time the Contacts will get Live Facebook Updates intergrated so you know what everyone is up to through there, (if they have facebook or twitter) and possibility to bring over the Hand Gesture Leap Motion Technologies to the IPad are slim but let's hope on it. Possibility to add touch sentisitive secondary display controls on the sides as well. Such as Back and forward safari browser light up buttons, and some tweaks for easier brightness/connections and iCloud Settings. The speaker will also be placed on the edges of the device (left and right or top and bottom) for easier hearing.
Macbooks get Mac OS X 10.9 with Siri and Apple transfers Apple Maps over to their OS, Bluetooth allows iPhones to share files by simply placing the phone over the computers and pressing a 4 number code, as well as phones sharing full photostreams with Apple TV and the ability to control the Slideshow with your iPhone, as well as Apple TV getting NFC to allow the iPhone to be used as the remote and guide navigator. Wifi N/AC, Haswell Processor Architecture, Better Retina Game Performance on future next gen macbook pro with retina display, Macbook Pro without retina display removes DVD Drive/ Adds LED Screen Keyboard for all languages keys, shifting Application UI's,no display ghosting errors, Possibility of retina screen sized macs, as the 2X icons have already been made.
iOS 7 BETA adds new functionalities for navigations through apps and setting connections/brightness options without going directly into the settings app. As well as dynamic photostream wallpapers and the contacts app adds friends events invites from facebook and pictures from their profiles as well as albums available upon tapping their name. The music app gains playlists sharing and song streaming to macs with itunes running as well as full itunes library song list sharing between macs and ios devices. Video thumbnails now move, and the volume knobs now reflect/ animate according to device orientation/lighting around the device. iOS gains file discovery through remote location via OS X file sharing options under iCloud, to get files under airport express or any mac with the same apple id. Video streaming is also available for Macs through airplay. iOs enables game developers for mac to create user remotes for games playable through mac os x, and api is introduced to continue a saved game on an ios device on a mac/ vice versa. documents (iwork gets updated to do this as well) and users can send presentations with bluetooth to other devices with bluetooth.
When you would drag down the settings app from the top, legal information about apple and the model version would be shown.
Including FCC logo, the iTunes Agreement stuff, and the serial number. However only the vital important stuff to the user would be shown by default, which includes information about the user, and the devices memory usage and stats may include total number of messages sent, total memory used browsing the web, total up time, and battery life remaining.

Above is a concept showing a song being transferred into an iTunes Library wirelessly. I don't think this will happen like that, but instead there would be a 4 digit code and to send anything you would drag the file into a shoot or a can on the left side of the screen where the spotlight is, and after you drop the file, a popup would appear under it, asking you to send it to nearby devices with an accept /reject button on the other side. Not only would you be able to send a file across one iDevice with AirDrop, but to many iDevices, as long as they were around you, or they were in your contacts list and they had an iDevice. So I think it'll most likely be intergrated somehow into the contacts app, and you could send files to them by selecting send with airdrop, then selecting the contacts you want to send it to, then hitting send. And if automatically paired with bluetooth to another device just drag it to the spotlight and it would send to the paired iOS device automatically and ask to open it on the other side with the accept/reject popup.

Dynamic Wallpapers/ Slideshow Screen Savers,( Contacts app gets Live Facebook Streams from Facebook including photo albums, Intergrated User Location Option from Foursquare, Devices get Live TV streams via the Apple TV App, ( allows for a show to be continued on any iDevice assuming Apple TV gets Live TV, then they'll just have to figure out how to stream those live feeds with wifi over to their iPhone and iPod Touch and Macs. Rolls Out Apple TV App after Apple Releases it.
Apple TV gets NFC? and Live TV Streams (finally), Allows users to look up information from the TV Show simultaneously on their iPhones while the tv show runs ( much like Xbox Smartglass, except Apple TV will get an app that allows us to do this kindof stuff... such as setting our Apple TV's to record live tv news or shows from our iPhones, or using your iPhone as your TV Guide, or telling Siri to " Show my favorite show." or "Play Bach on my Apple TV" Substitute for Macbook as well and it will do so assuming you have Bach in your iTunes library. Also it will allow users to search the internet by using your iPhones keyboard and leave voice memos or to do lists on your tv so when people turn on the tv they know what they should be doing, ( think of it as your fridge display is now your tv), Facetime, Leap Motion Technologies built in, Siri built in, App Mirroring/ Device Mirroring (Air Play is better thanks to newer Wifi Technologies)
Apple has beeen looking for IRC engineers, posted some job listing asking for knowledge in Lighting Emitting technologies, and I think one day we'll be able to tell Siri to change the channel to anything we want it to.

i Pod Nano gets iTunes, Podcasts, Song sharing, Streamable Services, such as Pandora, Hulu, Netflix, and iTunes, NFC/ Bluetooth 4.0/5.0 allows for Music to be played without having you having to connect it to a speaker system. Memory is increased, Gets the new Dock update... assuming this iPod is going to launch alonside the iPhone in the year 2012, but all iDevices will be transitioned over to the new dock connector.

WWDC 2014 introduces us to the newer iPad, which will come in a Liquid Metal Enclosure or Carbon Fiber, increases the size of the memory over to 128 gb and adds Photostream Wallpaper Options, screens edges get customizable led buttons for applications for use such as buttons on an application will be on the edges of the screen instead of the screen so users don't have to touch the screen as much and safari can be navigated better by adding side back and forward buttons on the edges, ( The buttons will not be made permenantly, rather a second lcd will be made to use the features)
LCD Screen Keyboards for all languages, and Newer Application Functions such as using the keyboard as a url bar on the safari browser or accesing your bookmarks and history on it making the Macbooks faster to use and better to draw with.

iPhone gets a flexible screen allowing users to place virtual buttons on the sides such as play, pause, stop while on the music app, and special app dedicated buttons for heavier console quality game titles, such as an R1 button, or navigation methods for safari or apps such as a home website button on the side or tabs button, including the ability to change the plus volume button over to a camera shutter button while on the camera app, and using the sides as news feed style notification edges when you receive updates. This includes App Developers the ability to use the phones edges as buttons for their Applications. iPhone gets 3D History Pages and Safari Bookmarks like in present Versions of Safari for our desktops.
Apple TV gets an update where users can call the number displayed on an Ad on the tv or get directions to the store as well as do a web search on the advertisers sale with their iPhone or iPod if they are on the Apple TV App. The Unified Apple TV experience lets developers create apps ( or games on the Apple TV Store, and users can use their iDevices as their controls for playing the apps... new features include using the gyroscope inside the iDevice as a remote function, and using the phone to communicate over the Game Center Network much like in Today's Xbox Live... except your remote is your iDevice and it's touchscreen and it has a camera so you can do more things over game center including sending a photo or getting life camera feeds while you play the app, allowing users to talk over video while playing with Game Center.
The user interface will allow us to view a lot of channels with names and tv shows under their boxes as well as enable us to multiview them like in the wii UI. It will most likely use a TV Guide style navigation while on a channel, but it will allow a ser to preview the live video feed in the tv guide style menu while changing the channel feed/connection that is to be made by using 1 gb/s ethernet connections and the continuation of data speeds will allow it to do so. ( think google fiber stuff)
That's all I can predict.... But stay tuned for dual multitouch enabled transparent iPads if they ever come to exist.... if battery life is improved and it can be placed on the edges of the screen. And if Apple seeks other works such as autonomous cars with siri and transparent hud/display windows, working with automobile partners you may see some pretty neat cars. Bt note that by 2015 apple will have a huge amount of user data from the iCloud and that means files between iDevices will get new ways to be shared, possibily during phone calls or facetime, you may drop photos off to another persons phone and many new features to access that data will be implemented into the OS XI UI. As well as Siri becoming like Cortana from the halo videogame series to help you while using mac os XII and becomes your personal computer assistant in terms of sending data or managing data and entertaining you.

I like this a lot. I think, though, that this will be possible right when video iAds are released (whenever that is) as part of their revolutionizing television.

But they can do this now, by just building applications like they always have and AirPlaying. There's really no reason for applications from non-video content creators on the Apple TV.
Most of these ideas seem to me to be right on. This is great stuff, much better than thinking the iPod classic would ever get an update. Nice to know that the old art of predicting an entire roadmap isn't dead!

Umm let's see... The Messages App should get editable file content creation tools such as an (iDoc) editing tool that allows to send 3D Graphs, Stats, or Notes ( Not in the style of bubbles, but in paper style, and that note is then placed on your UI behind your apps and notification center or mission control along with all the other bubbled Apps. Users will be able to send photos over to other iOS Devices... And they will receive a (Hard Copy on their UI, ( Let's say behind the apps again with the note with the ability to delete the photo by holding it ( it'll wiggle and an x should appear or you can drop it into your photos app, by which it should then create a secondary radial menu which will make you select the photostream you want to put it in, your camera roll, upload options, or airdrop to another device. All this while maintaining the copy inside the Messages App and having a setting available under options to allow this to happen with the UI. Users should be able to place Slideshows on their UI's from their Camera Rolls as well as other files ( such as playlists, or Bookmarks over to other iDevices ( behind the apps) and use the method of AirDrop to send them across) Users can also use NFC to open website or a set of websites from their phone to their Macbook Safari ( Presently called iCloud tabs, that syncs the users tabs across all iDevices but with one catch... Users will also be able to use Safari remotely with their iDevice to play or open files on their computer and have files sent to their iDevice to open it, eliminating email and USB drives, in case they forgot a file at home. All the user has to do is have their apple id running on that Mac, and know the password for logging into that Mac.
If the Device recognizes you already as the person with the account ( the iDevice should remember faces, voices, or use a passphrases to log in by then, you don't need to enter the passcode, by then tech should be smart enough to let a user transfer files seemlessly without having to press (download)... Just drag the file from your desktop on Safari over to the homescreen on your iDevice and a radial menu should open asking you what to do, Place here, Open with ( opens a secondary radial menu of apps available, and Send to, Opens the Contacts App, you select the person and it send it, no need to repress Send on the Messages App, or Mirror, Allows the File to be opened with another iDevice around you with NFC, such as a presentation... Goes to a Macbook and the Macbook receives the File (if you don't own the macbook it will ask for a pass code you create to give to the macbook to open the file)

Why? We've had the same fundamental UI in OS X for 12, before that for 16, before that for 7, before that no meaningful UI at all. Stability is key.
The only reason for the "iPadification" of OS X right now is to ease into the transition to a fully multitouch UI in OS XI. It's not 1984 when next to no one has a computer and not 1977 when really no one has a computer; Apple has an established user base that they can't just mess with all at once like that.

I'm not sure where you get the idea that we will be able to get 100x power efficiency increases. Sure things will improve but 100x is a bit meaningless.
As to the GPU I'm not sure it is worthwhile to pursue hot GPU performance on a cell phone. iPad yes, iPhone rather needs to focus on other issues including battery lifetimes. The next iPod Touch comes next month, it has been far to long without an update. Further I suspect Apple will try to drive the price down on the base model to make room for the 7" device. This means reusing existing technology with a bias towards power efficiency. I rather get the current iMac design so Apple will have to have a major change of heart before I worry about it. This applies to the iMac too, but Apple is completely insane if they think holding off till 2013 is a good idea for these platforms. By the spring of 2013 Ivy Bridge will be rather outdated for a new PC design. In a nut shell by suggesting such a move you put your whole message into question. They already do! Does it need updating - yes it certainly does. Does it need the bloat of MS Office and the associated bugs - absolutely not. Again your comment gringos into question your familiarity with Apple as a company and technology in general. What overheating issues? IPad 3 runs fine and by the way has LTE. What is the point of Widgets? Really I have them on my MBP and almost always turn to an app instead. Does iPad needed an Alarm Clock, yes but it should just be another app like on iPhone. As to calculators there are plenty of very good ones on app store, my favorite being i41CX+. Your post and many others frankly tell me that people need to read up on NFC technology because they don't understand what it is.

It is more like a combination of wild ass guesses and pointing out the obvious, isn't it?
For example it should be obvious to everyone that iOS and MacOS will continue to evolve sometimes borrowing from each other sometimes not. Hardware is a more interesting nut to crack because much of the potential for improvement comes from process shrinks which have to happen at regular intervals. We all want more capable "A" series processors but multiple things need to happen to enable that progress.
What I'd like to see hardware wise is a split between processors for cell phone sized machines and larger tablets. In this regard I'd really like to see 64 bit hardware in Apples tablets by 2013. Yeah I know some will say that is nuts but I see it as a jump that needs to happen sooner than later. We are already at 1GB of RAM in the iPad and frankly it could use more as even Apples software like Safari suffers from the lack of RAM. 64 bit offers a clean break and would set up Apple for decades of iOS leadership. I'd like to see this move before or in conjunction with the move to quad cores. This isn't so much a prediction as it is a desire not to see Apple squander their leadership like they have in the past.
As to iOS there are certainly a number of frustrations related to some of Apples design decisions but I really don't see anything better on the market for these sorts of devices. The best thing Apple could do would be to setup a common storage pool that multiple apps could access to swap data. It is a big shortcoming with current iOS apps in that it is extremely difficult to move data between apps for alternative processing. Currently Apple seems to be opposed to offering such functionality in iOS but I'd support alternative solutions. Hey I'm still waiting for an app accessible USB port with drivers for simple things like USB to RS232 converters and user install able drivers for custome USB devices.
Frankly when it comes to iOS I think Apple has covered a lot of the bases for developers, it is a surprisingly mature environment. What I'd like to see is any new hardware move to heterogeneous computing with a tightly coupled GPU. The memory manager of the GPU capable of addressing RAM fairly with the CPU. This would allow for an explosion in the capability of iOS software, remove limitations to current GPU usage and effectively speed up important parts of iOS. It is another reason to move to 64 bit as it avoids complex addressing for the GPU. While they are at it move the frame buffer onto the SoC. the goal of all of this is to increase performance while lowering power usage.
Beyond all of that iOS has a surprising number of usability and human factors issues which are surprising considering this is Apple. A prime example is trying to save a file with a new name which seems to be awkward to say the least. Another issue is importing photos into iPhoto, such an action should actually import your photos and separate them from your normal iOS photo storage. In fact Apple really bungled iPhotos on iOS if you ask me, it really should be seen as a tool to work on your photos before pushing them to the cloud. So Apple really needs to think hard about how apps are used and how they impact users across the iCloud. ICloud should be a place to put things to be shared between devices not a default storage pool, it just leads to excessive npbandwidth usage, slow apps and frustration. So if Apple is wise there will be lots of refinement in the way iOS uses iCloud. ICloud isn't a complete failure, as I use it a lot, but it is extremely frustrating to say the least.
Yeah yeah yeah, your personal concerns don't matter!!! I'm not trying to be a pain here but Apple doesn't write software for your personal needs. It tries to write software that appeals to the wider user community in a way that plays to the strengths of their system software. Thus we get Address book, the iOS API, Safari, Mail and a bunch of other generic apps from Apple. The rest of the void is up to developers that can tailor apps as specifically as they want.
iCloud doesn't need to be a sharing service... that's what air drop is for and yes I do know that the new iPad has LTE. And I am aware of iWork, but Microsoft has stopped producing their software for Macs as of Steve Balmers saw that Microsoft Marketshare is really low now... they've cut back on OS Sale Prices... they sell you a pc with Windows 7 and allow you to upgrade it on October for 15 dollars. They are giving you Sky Drive with 25 gb on Hotmail for Free, they are making ultrabooks with displays on the outside ( yes a dual sided laptop) and they are making the best of it.
Also NFC is Near Fields Communications.... which does allow for data to be transfered over it... it's present in some BB Models and Androids ahead of iDevices.
Also also... the gpu is extremely important.... And what I'm saying about it being 20x faster and 100x more energy efficient is true.

We don't need a 64 bit instead of the x86 iOS... Unless you think that almost all the applications need to be rebuilt for using new cores and multithreading... presently available in the Rougue 6 Series GPU... 100 x more efficient than in the 4S.
I'm just brainstorming on ideas man. Some of these things will happen but I doubt we'll ever see a version of iOS on 64 bit platform. I just don't see the need of it.

Now, you know me. I'm the champion of saying the 7" iPad has no point. And even I think they might be dumb enough to make one. Maybe. We'll have to see.
I would rather see XBOX Kinect like technology when Apple drops the mouse. A touchscreen iMac is pointless. If the Kinect technology evolves, it would be so cool.
Not really. At least I really hope not as I would loose all respect for Apple if the Mini and the iMac don't get updated until the middle of next year. I just think you are really off base with some of your time frames.

In fact I really wonder if Apple will have a dramatically updated SoC for this year, they may save the next big step for next years iPad release. Instead we might get a revamped A5X with tweaked clock rates. That would suck but hey you never know, Apple could hold off for a bigger jump in SoC integration. Sucking of course is relative, a process shrink might give Apple a 25% increase in performance and save a bit of power.

(It makes the application use gpu power efficiently like a desktop uses hardware acceleration). How do you think Apple is thinking of getting away with 3D Maps on iOS? They don't run on iPod Touch, and that's because they don't have the Rougue Series. As stated in the video... the 6 Series is like having 2 graphics cards in a modern pc running inside a mobile efficiently. and the 100x comes from the gigaflops it uses.

When that new iPhone comes out we will all be blown away, and I'm not sure about the MS Office being discontinued, but like you've said iWork already exists, Keynote Exists, and there's bound to be some hate going on with Apple from Microsoft, I also read it some where on Reddit.com saying Microsoft was only making the New Office Suit for Windows 8 because the User Interface was touch screen/ metro/modern ui ( whatever they call it) and not Mac) But they do have a Mac Team on Office Software so who knows.
I would rather see XBOX Kinect like technology when Apple drops the mouse. A touchscreen iMac is pointless. If the Kinect technology evolves, it would be so cool.
It will be available soon, its from Leap Motion Technologies and it is better than Kinect and smaller. There is also a bluetooth laser keyboard made by some other company that can be used on any surface)

That is what we call a wild assed guess! You really don't know why 3D maps aren't on the iPod. It could just as well be an issue with GPS, RAM or something else entirely.

True and it is likely it could be quickly ported to other architectures. The question still remains wy would anybody want such a beast? just because something is possible doesn't mean it wouldn't be stupid to do so.

The problem is your comments about MS, like other comments in this thread, are not based on known facts. In the case of MS your comments appear to be completely wrong. This really impacts your entire post negatively.
Now I don't mind speculating about future hardware, that is what this section is all about, but when a confused mess like this gets posted it is a frustrating experience. You talk of Apple entering the business software arena when they are already in it, you must see where this detracts significantly from the speculative comments in your post.
You know what??? I'm not interested in the iPad 4 ( or the newer iPad). All I know is the 4S had Imagination Technologies built in it, and it was 7 x faster and at the same time it was 20x more power efficient for graphics which means that it can do more with less power. And the 6 Series is the next upgrade in the lineup so that's why I'm deciding it is the next gpu built into the new iPhone coming out. And I'm basing all my predictions on pure evidence of where the future is headed. You may think whatever you want, but I know that this is the way most things are going. And Apple Maps aren't on the iPod because Apple decided not to do them. It can run them much like an old pc can run a newer game at lower settings, and just like the 4th iPhone and iPod can run Siri but Apple didn't build it on iOS.
I still see Apple attacking power usage and giving iPhone owners a modest performance bump. Frankly battery lifetime, thus power usage are big complaints from many iPhone users so Apple would be well advised to address that. Of course much of that power goes to driving the screen backlight which is another discussion.
The good news here is that we likely only have a couple of weeks to go before the debut. Honestly I think this fall is going to be huge for Apples product range. I just hope they get the iMac and Mini out soon.

I have read Apple has patents concerning this potential development as do other companies. I believe this will be commonplace in the near future.
