    This stupid company (google) should get their comeuppance for ripping other companies off and then playing dirty with FRAND patents.  Sue them to oblivion.

    Yes.  Google should be forced to pay back every single penny they have gouged from Apple over these patents!

    Google hasn't been found to infringe any Apple patents. In fact I don't even think stock Android has been ruled to infringe on any Apple IP. The problems have generally been with skinned versions (add-ons) developed by Android licensees, not the Android OS itself.


     


    That's something FOSSPatent's Florian Mueller lisn't clear about when he blogs about Android's "massive patent problems". It hasn't been much issue for Android. It's what the licensees do with the devices they develop that happen to use Android as the OS, at least so far.
