If you downloaded it from anywhere other than Apple's developer's site, which you must pay a fee to join, then you are a common thief who should be banned for life from AppleInsider.

because he was so curious and likes Apple so much that he didn't care about the danger he was putting his mac through so he tried the beta himself, but didn't pay 100$ to a company that has 200$ billion standing still?

How about you just shut up and don’t promote piracy, you worthless moron? People like you, flooding Apple with bug reports about useless crap that isn’t even bugged…

“They’re rich, therefore I shouldn’t have to pay” is the excuse of someone who needs to be send to the woods.

this thread is supposed to be about a 10.9 beta update.  someone said they couldn't wait for 10.9 to come out.  i was trying to be helpful telling them that they could get a beta version to try.  i am a beta tester and have paid for every mac software i ever had.  that being said this forum should provide helpful information for people that are interested in software and hardware changes as they develop.  there is no need for these crazy personal attacks.  that being said, someone out there is an idiot.

Stuttering audio, video, cursor control and keyboard input is one of the features of 10.8.x.
    Will that feature continue?

I would suggest to upgrade your hardware before even thinking about upgrading your software.
