    You have that backwards. Companies like Apple are oft lobbied to build in certain areas with promises of reduced taxes and other benefits because it's a win for the city, county, state, and/or country.

    So, you are about to buy a house, do you automatically offer more than the asking price?

    Do you take any legal deductions on income tax every year?
