I really hope Apple backs away from any kind of deal with Turkey. Especially now they've moved to severely restrict access to the internet and clamp down on basic human freedoms. Any kind of deal with them doesn't seem to be in Apple's best interest, considering.

So we'll let Turkish kids go without educational materials and technology. We'll force a regime change by depriving the kids of an education. The best way to show them what happens when they censor the Internet is to not let them have devices which work online!

Yeah, it sounds harsh, but why reward the government with business and money? And what good is a device with internet access if the only "internet" they can access is government propaganda? I bet you'd have Apple do business with North Korea, too.
