I like how Samsung bought patents AFTER being sued by Apple. Always finding creative ways to work around stealing. lol

Apple promised to make Facetime an open standard/open source program so that everybody could adopt it. I'm still waiting for it.

Not really relevant or anything. But I am with you. Of course, there are also reasons why they haven't. Nothing that they have officially stated, but guessing this has something to do with it.

    From the man himself:

Starbird73 the story you mentioned was years after this presentation. It didn't stop Apple from releasing that information back in 2010.

What did the interrogatory say? The response to the interrogatory was that, as of September 24, 2012, "Samsung is not currently seeking indemnification from any third party." The article then explains that Samsung sought indemnification months earlier, in April of 2012, which Google offered in May of 2012. If Samsung had already sought and received indemnification by May of 2012, was it still "currently seeking indemnification" in September of 2012? Had Samsung already found what it sought, and therefore was no longer seeking? I don't know the answer, but the article shouldn't gloss over the point.

Let's see the interrogatory. That will show whether Samsung dodged the question or Apple worded it poorly (or both).

That's the point. They have had patent issues since 2011, IIRC. And sometime last year they made a change and that is when the reliability took a hit.

While I am disturbed by Samsung's lying, I am even more disturbed by Google.  Not only did Google steal Apples property, but they then hid behind Samsung. "Do no Evil" my ass.  I personally and moving toward being as Google free as I can.
