Ha, funny you should mention that. A guy at a computer store here was telling a guy about me, and now he's emailing me about it. He wants me to sell his eMac on eBay for him, and I'll get a cut of it.
Matsu, when you think about ebay buyers, try to recall the old saying: there's a sucker born every minute.
Seriously.

No, he said when Murby is BUYING them, not selling them. Everybody knows you can get more for something than it's worth by selling it in an eBay auction... but we want to know how Murbot gets his Macs cheap, so we can all be mini-murbots.. Erp, I've said too much.
Murbot: "Help. I need buy a new Mac. I am now Mac less and hate to use my PC. Help me decide which Mac I should get!"
Leonis: "I don't care what you are buying. I only care about when you are going to buy me a LCD display "
Murbot: "**************"
Murbot: "I am going to get the GHz eMac. That's a nice little home machine"
May 2003
Murbot: "I sold it on eBay. Now I have the cash. Tell me what I should get"
Leonis: "PowerMac 970"
Murbot: "But I don't need 64bit computing"
Leonis: "Well. What you want is NOT what you need. You have been buying a lot of stuff you don't need "
Murbot: "I will get it"
June 2003
Murbot: "Oh my f*cking God! My kids hammered my tower and it's broke! "
Leonis: "Congrats! Now you have an excuse to buy a new one "
Murbot: "But my wife told me she will leave me if I am buying a new machine "
........then Murbot will have to live his life with the broken PowerMac tower until the end of 2003. But who the **** knows what Murbot is going to do. He maybe getting new machines without letting his wife know
Neither am I. Pretty good at psycho-funny, but not practical-funny (i.e, not involving stuff blowing up and people being maimed horribly with objects wielded by stupid people, with a few crazed pygmies on the side.)
here is what my setup looks like now. we've got a 17" apple multiple scan hooked up to a single 800 quicksilver 2002. the speakers are Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 sub/satellite THX certified.
Nice to see someone who doesn't even attempt to clean up their desk before taking a pic.
Much like mine looks now.

Well, I don't use IE anymore, I use chimera. However, IE was the only browser I could run with stability (although i never tried OW) on my upgraded B&W G3. When I moved to a QuickSilver, I simply moved my 100GB hard drive, hence having only IE on my quicksilver. Don't worry, i've since downloaded chimera and 0.6 runs with enough stability that it is my only browser. I'd try OW, but I don't want to pay for a browser.
I'd try OW, but I don't want to pay for a browser.

OmniWeb is shareware.
There are NO limitations on it if you don't pay.
The only differences are a small nag screen that pops up once every dozen or so times you launch it and a light "unregistered" watermark that appears on pages after they sit idle for a few minutes. Shake the mouse or hit a key on the keyboard and the watermark immediately disappears. The nag screen is actually kind of funny with its little jokes.

December 2002
Murbot: "F*CK! This tower is so loud! I can't stand it!"
Leonis: "See? I told you so. Those Mikey towers are sh!t"
January 2003
Murbot: "I just realized that I don't have any talent on video stuff. I think I should just go back to the iBook. It's good enough for my need."
Leonis: "I know you can't do video. I have told you that a long time ago! You are again dumping money on something that's worse?"
Murbot: "Yeap. But the iBook really is good enough for me"
Leonis: "Whatever, it's your choice. Buy me a LCD display!"
February 2003
Murbot: "Ar.....I want to try doing some audio stuff and iBook isn't able to do it. But I still want portability....I am getting a PowerBook"
Leonis: "Ha. I thought you only know how to move boxes at storage "
March 2003
Murbot: "I am selling my PowerBook....but I don't know what I am going to pick. HELP ME DECIDE!"
Leonis: "No comment, sorry "
