The 'window manager' in the linux screenshot is called sawfish, but if you mean the theme that makes sawfish look like that, it's called rmDarkCalamari and can be snagged from <a href="http://themes.org/users/stimuli/" target="_blank">my t.o page.</a>
It gives windows that blue top bar and bottom edge.
