    as long as it's documented, it must be ok.



    good luck to you. i'd try the tapping next, then a refreeze, then tapping again, then heating. you should only need to freeze it for a couple hours though.

    Yeah thanks for them documents, they were really interesting...just about believe you're sane now!

    So you recommend a re-freeze?

    I phoned IBM they said they'd get me a new one...still theres time for more heating and freezing <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laughing]" />

    yeah, sometimes the first one doesn't cut it. i'd do some tapping, a refreeze, pull it out and do some quick tapping again, then toss it in your machine. (you'll probably have a good 10 min after you pull it out before it starts to really thaw)
