It's funny, when I jumped from my 4 to a 6, the size increase was noticeable but not too bad. But now that I'm adjusted I think I could switch to the Plus if need be (I don't plan to at the moment, though a 12.x" iPad might make me switch). I suspect this will apply to most people still in love with the 4" size, they'll adjust to the 4.7" and love it.
Now if I hold a 3.5" iPhone it feels like a toy. Don't even get me started on my first-gen Touch, that feels like a baby toy.
The stock should be $175 or so before WWDC, I would hope.
That would be nice. $200 by next Christmas. That said, I am hanging on till be get back to that 700 mark where the Big Number Law we were all told about stop AAPL going any higher. :smokey:
Uncle Woz says a lot of stuff. Most of the time its interesting, sometimes its a little nuts. He's probably right that an oversized iPhone 4 would have stemmed some of the tide on Android, but then Samsung (et al) would have just taken bigger losses so I'm not sure it would have made that much of a difference.
Once again, other companies test the waters, then Apple comes in with a cannonball and reaps all the benefits.
IMO much of the 'testing' is really more about trying to beat Apple to something the rumor mill has strongly suggested Apple will be doing soon. I call it pre-copying... It rarely works, if ever, come to think about it.
This is the biggest thing Microsoft is up against. They may be making some genuinely good products, but they're not seen as an innovator by 98% of people, they're seen as a stodgy old company who makes 'bad' operating systems.
That's because Microsoft IS a stodgy old company who makes 'bad' operating systems. How many people do you actually know who like using windows?
"Apple has captured the most valuable real estate in the world %u2014 a position in the minds of consumers." This says it all. And that's exactly what I learned when from a survey I recently conducted on SoGoSurvey.

Sog's been banned for some reason. Wonder what all that was about.
Thank goodness for AI's blocking feature.

I'm not sure that AI have a rule on evangelists, per se.
Samsung is too far away on 30% whereas apple 44%. apple also give disruptive technology in the smartphone market.

Agreed. The problem with Microsoft is that the company consistently thinks inside the box.
