Jobs may not have pleased everyone, and he did make mistakes, but calling him classless is a bit too much.
My comment only referred to his actions described in this article. Those lacked class. His actions outside of this article aren't relevant to the topic. I would still say that he lacked class outside of this court case but that's neither here nor there in relation to the topic being discussed.

Lets face it, this is all about the losers seeing rich Apple an a source of BIG money.
So Apple will have to fight them a while to discourage more legal sharks, then give them something to go away.
