I agree, they sound OK, but not at the price point they advertise at.
Good marketing has convinced people that they make quality audio equipment even though you could do better for far less money. It's the same model that Beats has followed.

Bose sound way better than Beats.. it's not even close. If you want loud bass and scratchy sound, get Beats. If you want natural vocals and nice background music, Bose, Sennheisser or Bowers. nothing else.
