Uh no. Anecdotal & generalizations would be one or two people complaining. When it's been well documented it's a major problem.

Ever since the first release of iOS 8, Safari has been extremely buggy, with sites crashing on a regular basis. I've NEVER had a site crash on any iOS version until 8 was released. Even with the latest version of iOS 8, sites are still crashing. This is THE bug I want fixed like yesterday!

You do understand this is a developer release, not a public release?

Maybe you should hold back your comments a while before you rush them out in a half-baked release with mistakes that should have been found & taken care of in beta-testing. Quit tying the release of your knee jerk brain dumps with every article posting.
He's talking about iOS 8.12, not iOS 8.2.

I really hate when people do not read messages thoroughly and just assume it says something without reading it carefully. This sort of thing happens to me more often on this site than any other.

He probably is, but you still have to infer that, as his comment is ambiguous.

Furthermore, as you just stated, people need to read carefully, but they also need to write carefully, which means not making it an emotionally filled rant. If he's truly talking about a previous iOS version that's not part of this article then why would you stick up for it? He could have easily preemptive his comment by saying something like, "These beta releases are all well and good, but I'm worried that Apple releases these betas as final way too soon, like they did with iOS 8.1.1. Apple, take the time to get this crap worked out BEFORE you rush out a release. […]."

PS: I'd also suggest not addressing the company as a real person or deity you're praying to unless you're clearly trying to have a laugh.
Apple, take the time to get this crap worked out BEFORE you rush out a release. Rather than rushing out a half-baked product year-after-year & releasing updates that should have been found & taken care of in beta-testing, take the time to get the release as close to perfect as possible and quit tying the release of new iOS SOFTWARE to iPhone/iPad HARDWARE.
You are clearly not the target audience for a BETA.
Stop whining and wait for the actual release.
