Unbelievable. Amazed they even have the balls to ask! An argument could be made for the ground level labourers manning the furnaces and working in the factory - if they met their KPI's - but the executives who drove the company into bankruptcy should be subject to a "reverse bonus" - or clawback - and the money used to reduce the number of layoffs or to at least offer a better termination package to those honest employees who showed up and worked hard all year.
