    Just got off phone with apple support complaining about price difference . They already have a email floating In house that will be going out saying apple will be issuing store credit for difference in cost for those that pre ordered the set and the price for the set. They didn't have a dollar amount but it's something I guess.

    Episode 1 is not part of the "machete sequence".
