My hiring department spends 90% of their time (and millions in company money) scrounging for qualified women and minorities, and turns away countless ready and able white males. I bet your hiring department is operating very similarly.
The overall acceptance and encouragement of these policies throughout the "white world" (nowhere else) leads me to seriously believe a genocidal war is being waged against us, in the belief that world peace and equality can only be achieved through the eradication of whites. Segregating groups out by themselves doesn't fix that. If they push up diversity numbers in mixed groups then those people will be able to help others in their social network get jobs but it would still be a socially isolated process and Asian groups have managed to overcome this.
by virtue of having gone to schools with computers, having instructors to train them, going to expensive colleges to hone their skills where whites are favored for scholarships, and not having been murdered by white police as much for just existing so they could attend.

White people don't get a free pass into expensive colleges, they have higher incomes. Did Steve Jobs get into an expensive college for free? He slept on the floor and eventually dropped out because his working class parents were struggling to pay his tuition.
Nobody should be excluded from a good education based on their income regardless of race or gender if they have a willingness to learn but as long as there are private education institutions, this will happen.

That's like saying there's an Asian power circle or Indian power circle in other countries. Outside of social networking, there's no such network for employees. There's no denying there's sexual harassment and there's also sexual privilege. Attractive people do better:

The biggest deficit is Hispanic workers and women if they want 50/50. Hiring more Hispanic women would be the most effective route forward. Given the demographics of California, they should be able to address that quite easily:

I deal in realities. Here are some basic realities - not all races are identical, not all of them have the same IQ, not all of them are motivated in the same way. If you bother to LOOK around you, look at the various countries on this planet - you will see this is self-evident. India is a poor country, but her people are brilliant, hard working, industrious and despite the lack of natural resources; India's economy is jumping forward in leaps and bounds.
Just a few decades ago, China was a poor agricultural country, best known for making cheap toys. They were barely able to even feed their population.
Crippling a group of races, to "benefit" a select few, is doing no one any favors. It tells the benefactors that they are either too stupid or lazy to succeed on their own; that the only way they can succeed is to lower the bar for them, while raising it for everyone else. This is an artificial system, and is destined for failure. It punishes ambition and encourages sloth.
If you want someone to succeed, you empower them to succeed and get out of their way. You empower them by giving them the SAME opportunities as everyone else, and letting everyone compete on a level playing field. Any other system is racist, by definition.

I mean, let's apply your same logic and eliminate all the black players on the team, so they only represent ~13% of the team, that way their population reflects that of the population in the USA.
I think we would both agree that the sports team seems pretty asinine - but the principles are identical. One is about a game, a form of entertainment, and the other is about a career that tens of thousands of people depend upon to raise their families.
