How does Apple Music know what songs are in my personal library?

I expect iTunes Match to be discontinued eventually, replaced with Apple Music.
iTunes Match includes ad free iTunes radio and is a year long subscription for yes measly $25.
I honestly don't see other Apple music services going for long.
iTunes Radio and Beats Music will most likely be merged into ?Music.
