I had a Performa 330 (looooooooow end) LCII that saved my ass on many occasions for seven years. I gave it to a charity when I just had to have an iMac.
Pre-Macs notwithstanding, can anyone beat a Mac 512k with ImageWriter? I don;t think it qualifies as most used, but it works perfectly without crashing!
Oldest most used computer: Performa 6115CD. It manages a database of books for my mom. She reads a lot; so we have a room full of bookshelves for her!
I have a Mac IIci that runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week and has for probably 4 years or so. Runs x-10-based home automation software "XTension" from SandHill Engineering (shed.com).
It's great. Only had to restart it four times in that period mainly due to power fluctuations. Just installed a UPS to solve that problem.
It's probably 10 years old or so and was in continuous use before me in a University Lab.
I never have anything to complain about it. Plus, it's in a hot/moist/dusty environment (the laundry room).
PowerMac 6100/66 DOS compatible here. That thing was the S#!t back in the day...just haveing DOS/Windows 3.1 on it was pretty cool. Still use it once in a while...

The Macintosh Classic & Mac IIci still run like champs. And yes, system 6 & 7 boot up instantly and seem faster than OS 9 & X.

It's a trooper.
