So, who's this babe in the MacWorld banner? Definately a better candidate than Liz in the "Switch" ads...

    She's one of those stock photography models.



    There's another woman I see quite a bit in ads. I think she's off a Photodisc "People" series. She kinda has a funky look, with black hair, nose ring and a very sexy mouth. I've seen her on web banners, websites, brochures, etc. in different poses.



    I'm off to do a search too!

    The question is though...why use her in the banner ad? Well, I guess it's why they always have models at auto shows I guess.



    I know when I was in sales women always had a higher sales quota. Always closed the deal. Same with marketing... beguiling...

    That reminds me of when we had the EuroVision Song Contest here in Copenhagen Wonderful Copenhagen (the tourist board here) tried to target two specific groups with the event: Elderly ladies and gays in their 20s and 30s. I have never experienced two so different groups targeted at the same time.
