Apple did nothing wrong.  Of course the suit was dismissed.  These Android users just want to hurt Apple.
Yes. Nothing wrong. They deliver my messages to my mother's iPad (souvenir) even though I am not in iCloud and I have cancelled that wit that special tool that they offer (they did applogize and deactivated service on their network "manually" when I called them, but I would not know if family did not tell me that they receive my personal messages). Absolutely nothing wrong with idiotic idea that merges telecommunication network identification with Internet service and misidentifies receipients trying to deliver to Internet devices randomly over alternative network. Apple should learn that phone number is not Iternet ID, but pure telecomunication address. That's not the same as IP address, e-mail address or iClud ID. Merging them is plain stupidity. And for the record I am IT (have been for long time... about that long as Jobs was enterpreneur in IT).
