ALSO if you were to read the @#$%ing post I said not to link to the URL i gave, just cut and paste! You qouted my post which turned the URL into a link and now Geocities won't display the site at all! They don't like it when people link there webspace for message boards. NEXT TIME READ THE POST!

Take it down a notch, mkay chief? No need to turn yourself into a raving lunatic simply because someone replied to your post.
Anyhow, clicking the link in his reply of course doesn't work, but copying and pasting your URL still does. I don't see what the problem is, unless I'm missing something.
Anyhow, if your image hosting solution is so fragile that a reply to a post of yours brings everything down and causes you such intense anger, maybe it's time to shop for a less-crappy alternative?

See? I didn't link this time. I'm a quick study. :P
cygwin is a set of DLLs for windows that turn Linux system calls into Windows system calls. I.E. It allows you to run 'ported' linux programs on windows.

Oh I did not know about cygwin, thanks. I thought they edited that part of the code. cygwin must save a lot of time when porting.
Also, I did not mean to come off as pissed, sorry.
Murbot...
The Geocities account I use is free so I will only switch if the (better) host is also free. To "shop" would require money, which at this point I don't have.

Now back to what this thread was started for...

There was a UK ISP that had free web hosting and email and perl scripting. But eventually they stopped it. It was cool while it lasted.

What program is that 'iComic' (I think that's what it says) icon for? What about that filing cabinet icon?
