Well, here's my latest arrangement, fully utilizing Jaguar's "change picture" feature to smoothly transition these images images every 15 minutes:
I had a PC-loving friend visit over the weekend and while showing off some stuff, the background faded and he was flabbergasted by the "coolness" factor of it. Then I showed him that I could do this with my screen saver and he just about lost it.
I keep my desktops static for long periods of time once I get it the law I like it. I swiped the caricature of MC Frontalot as drawn by Gabe of Penny Arcade and added some colors to it.
After making it I realized that those colors greatly resembled the University of Oregon's colors, which is fine with me because they are my favorite non-BigXII football team.

I'll forgive you for not knowing any better. Without going into it too much...Woof!!!!
Well, they work from two of the major ISPs in North Carolina: BellSouth and RoadRunner. There must be something outside of this area stopping the transmission.
Is it so hard to scale down an image to make a thumbnail?
The size both kills the forum's formatting and load time for modem users. At least be considerate enough to post a simple link rather than an inline image if you won't make a thumbnail.
We've been through this discussion before in the last desktop picture thread. If you recall, Jonathan had made it a requirement to post thumbnails or links rather than these huge things.

Hook 'em!
Couldn't see anything

What can't you see?
All the images are up -- I've checked from two different ISPs.
It must be something on your end.
Aliens are stopping the transmission.
Brad, I can't see them either.

I can't see them either. And I'm in NC. I'm not using BellSouth or Roadrunner, but I'm in NC. Not far from you either, IIRC.
