This week a little different risque desktop collection.

These are stuppose to replicate stain glass. Still perfecting the process.

    Sample:

Let me know if this is a little too "clear"

A blind-folded blind man could make that out. It's obviously a kid flying a kite...right?

Yeah, sorry. For some reason the photo came to be corrupt.

Let me repost the old one:

this is just disgusting, and you should be ashamed of youself laddy. I don't know how you get away with it, this is a family board, and as you know there are young kids here like Common man and DMZ that really shouldn't be morally corrupted by things like this. If I was a moderator....

I couldn't handle a hot girl on my desktop. I get so distracted by the drudge on one screen, e-mail + instant messager in another, and then what I'm working on (I have 3 monitors), I wouldn't get anything done.

Anyways, my two big monitors have a crop of this picture (a REALLY zoomed in pic of the mac mini board, probably scanned).

My 3rd monitor (or "drudge report" monitor) has a crapload of military pictures I got from http://www.cognitive-distortion.com (they cycle every 5 minutes).

I also have a TV that I use as a 4th monitor sometimes (I actually use it to "monitor" the video going into VHS tape, when I have to). I only have the default Apple blue design thingus there, so it's not very interesting.

I love looking at the far-out icons people have in their docks in these threads. I always get dock envy.
  • Reply 1753 of 1795
Don't worry Hassan. I am certain that my dock is more boring than yours, except for the stylized protein structures, illuminated chemical structures, and brilliant data iconography, but then again, we don't talk about such things...

    Driek,

What are icons #14-17 on your dock?

    They look interesting.

Please list names of apps. No links necessary.

    Thank You. :-)

    #16 is EvoCam.

I've had it forever, but never really used it until now

Just a webcam that shows my Folding@Home machines with an AppleScript that shows the currently playing song in iTunes.

Updated Risque Desktops. This week something for the ladies.

I notice a new desktop thread has been created. The opening post requests no risque desktops which I will certainly respect. However, the tone of the post seemed a little put off by desktops I and others have posted that are of a more adult nature.

I have always requested moderaters say if something should not be posted and try to go by the rules that have been laid out. If I continue to offend with desktops in this thread PLEASE let me know and I will cease posting any. I do not wish to upset people.

Let me clear up any confusion.

Many of your posts here are in violation of the posting guidelines.

This is, of course, no surprise to you as it has been brought up many times. You have felt it necessary to keep moving forward with the inappropriate posts. You can't really be blamed as the rules were never properly enforced, but they will be now.

I'm locking this thread. There's another thread for desktop shots and the rules in there are laid out quite clearly. These boards will remain safe for work. Do not start another thread for your risque desktops.
