I have a very similar issue and can't figure it out. I get
Same as above. I can view discussions up until the point I log in. Then no matter what discussions like I click on or type in I get this error message. As you can see this is happening on my iPhone. It has been happening for a long time over multiple iphones.

Im getting this also (about the redirects), on apple discussions community.  I can view it no problem until I sign in.  There was a solution to a problem everyone was having so I wanted to post about what fixed mine but then I cant even get in.  It's pretty frustrating.  This happens on both my iPhone X and MacBook.

Just wanted to bump this. I've had this issue for about a year. On my current 2017 macbook pro running high sierra, but also on m 2015 macbook pro running el capitan. Quite ironic that the page we need to access to solve tech issues is the one page I can't access. Don't know what apple's on about. It is very much the only page where I have that issue. And like some here, I'm fine to view if i'm not logged in, but once i'm logged in, nothing. Much obliged for any hot tips.

    Same for me...

Posted my logs to apple communities regarding kernel panic in MBP 2016, ever since i cannot get inside their support community.
I keep being redirected to this adress: https://discussions.apple.com/notfound.jspa while the browser says " ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS ".

    Tried:
    1. logging in before browsing a specific discussion
    2. clearing cache and history
    3. browsing from another mac

    Any solutions so far?

    i can also confirm this..

i thought it it might be something wrong with my apple id, so i tried to create a new one.

    i tried:

    1. apple.com

when i enter the valid confirmation code received in mail, the system says: "your account cannot be created at this time".
    wtf?

    then i found this thread:
    https://discussions.apple.com/thread/8322742
    so i tried..

    2. itunes

in the second step it says: "we've run into problems. try again later."

is this some kind of conspiracy? .)

just for the record, discussions is NOT apple support. it's just a user forum, no technical staff are paying attention. if you want support you need to go to support.apple.com
