Six-part Vice video documentary 'The Score' premieres on Apple Music
Apple Music is this week launching an exclusive six-part Vice documentary, The Score, bolstering the amount of video content on the fledgling streaming service.
The premiere episode -- "Reservation Rap" -- focuses on music emerging from Minnesota's Red Lake Reservation and the Ojibwa tribe, the Hollywood Reporter noted on Wednesday. Future episodes will debut weekly, and likewise cover local music scenes around the world, including countries such as Brazil, Iceland, and Vietnam.
A unique hook is that Apple will offer companion playlists, highlighting the artists in each episode.
The company appears to be accelerating the integration of video into Apple Music. The service has had some form of video since the beginning, but The Score joins the DJ Khaled show We the Best in offering serialized content.
Apple is still believed to be readying Vital Signs, a drama starring and produced by musician/Beats co-founder Dr. Dre. While the company normally insists on a sanitized public image, Vital Signs has been described as "dark," with plenty of sex and violence, including an "extended orgy scene."
The show was at one point thought to be related to future streaming TV interests, but is now believed to be about marketing Apple Music.

You gotta be careful when selling cheaper phones. 'Droid is full of broke people buying cheap phones and stealing music etc.
as for your list...thats a lot of assumptions. remember what Cook told us only a year ago -- "a thousands No's for every Yes. i dont know that i believe we'll see apple home security or automation, seems to me that what HomeKit and the like are for. they could have bought Nest if they wanted to.
It seems kind of confusing and messy to say the least.
I would rather see Apple release their TV streaming service for Apple TV already. That is far more important than a few videos on their "Apple Music" platform that not too many people care about.
Can't wait…
