I'm more than a little surprised Motorola didn't follow up as they "Hint"ed they would on a stereo twin earpiece version of the wearable they introduced about three years ago. I suppose Lenovo has different ideas about where they want to take Motorola and the idea was dropped. https://www.motorolastore.com/hint.html
I hope no one falls for these cheap af looking earbuds. Just buy the Bragi and you get the original ones with much more features, more battery and quality. I can't with Samesung sometimes.
The Bragi one will have fewer features, less quality and won't be commercially available in anywhere near as many channels or regions as the Samsung ones will be. And as iPhones are becoming more and more similar to the Samsung Galaxy with each iteration (some are even calling it "the iPhone Galaxy", and when future iPhones have curved OLED screens with multi-window and stylus that will increase, not decrease) the "Samesung" tag will become more and more ridiculous over time. In any event, appropriating a good idea from a smaller company is very common. Lest we forget Apple has been known to do it too (i.e. Apple Music = Spotify).
Except Samsung Galaxy 7 looks like garbage up close: irrational curved chromey trim around the edge, shiny-trashy stainless steel back, like a kitchen appliance, and the curved screen-edge on the Edge is childish gimmick gone berserk. Strictly Hyundai approach to design, which is overdesign to the point of nausea. No discipline, no rationality.
And what does this tracking have to do with health? Does it call emergency services during sex?
You know proper health tracking is not exactly based on heart rate or pulse. It would be the same as sensing if someone breathes and what way person breathes.... or bowel mobvement.
Perhaps it is time to move on to more sophisticated monitoring. How about bacteria and viruses? that has way more realistic value in complex places like NYC where you can get "surprize" by accident.... and I am not egoing to elaborate how it works here in this city. Use your imagination.
I would never even consider given that even wired options pop out. So far Beats and a cheapie headset stay in my ears easily, and a few others, but the cheapie one fast forwards, pauses, or changes volume when I sweat, despite being a "sports" headset.
