    HELLOOOOOO!

Could we please restrict this thread to the usual bitching about Apple's americacentrism?

Okay if I messed up the prices of the iMac, but still, Apple is asking more money in Europe (maybe Jaguar? 120 dollars vs. 169 euro, and so on).

And therefor, as we pay the same/more, we might expect the same service no? Apple bitchin' about marketshare, but hey, they are WEAK in Europe. I don't know anyone, except family, who owns and happily operates a mac. There is no school in the country, (okay, as far as I know) that would even CONSIDER buying macs.

Now I know why. It's all about EBAY (and isn't ebay something owned by microsoft)?

Anyhow, what does Volvo have to do with this? You could say this, BMW sells their cars happily in the UK, and they do put the steering wheel on the wrong side for them, without question.

It's exactly this what Apple isn't doing: they don't put the steering wheel on the wrong side, and ask even more money in the process of not changing the stuff.

So shut up about Volvo already

Um, don't you know anyone in a graphic design studio, or perhaps a video production house? Hell, I even know a journalists' office that's packed with nice new iMacs.

    Woah, chill, dude! <img src="graemlins/smokin.gif" border="0" alt="[Chilling]" />

I fully agree with you on the steering wheel thing (good extension of analogy), and I don't doubt that Apple are aware of the amount of snotty email I and other UK Mac users have sent them regarding Sherlock 3 and iPhoto.
