I just listened to the podcast in the Gym and wanted to add on Battery Life: My current MacBook is a late 2015 15" MacPro (i7) in my real life use it lasts 2.5-3 hours - Running Microsoft Outlook, Chrome, Safari, Slack, Hipchat, Skype, IntelliJ, etc... just drains the battery - when I run batch database import jobs, the fan goes full power and you can watch the battery counter going down at 1%/minute. Big convenience for me when traveling with the new MacBook (we only get them in March as a company) will be that it is lighter, have a smaller footprint and I can charge it up from a battery pack while sitting on an airplane. Can't wait to get my hands on one :)
