Fox on Monday announced its promotional content app "Movie of the Day," which highlights a new movie each day, is coming to tvOS and the fourth-generation Apple TV.

Set to debut on Apple TV tomorrow, Movie of the Day offers users special 24-hour pricing on 20th Century Fox movie downloads purchased through iTunes. Selecting from its vast catalog, Fox presents movies at up to 75 percent off retail pricing, meaning content purchased through the app sells for between $4.99 and $9.99.

To celebrate the tvOS debut, Fox is filling users in on this week's release schedule. Normally, movie rotations are kept secret, pushing users to check in on a daily basis. The strategy appears to be working, as nearly 90 percent of the iOS app's monthly active users check out the daily deals, according to Variety.

Coming up tomorrow is "Kingsman: The Secret Service," a spy tale starring Colin Firth and Samuel L. Jackson. The movie will sell for $7.99.

Following "Kingsman," this week's movie list includes "Deadpool," "Percy Jackson Sea of Monsters," "Mike & Dave Need Wedding Dates" and "Epic."

Like the iOS version, all tvOS Movie of the Day purchases are processed through iTunes and saved to a user's iTunes Library.

Not news, movies. Sure, they screw up a lot of their movies too, but there are some great ones.

Yes I know the difference between news and movies. Feed the beast and it grows stronger, regardless of the source of its nourishment.

Saw Simpsons Movie for 3.99 once but couldn't buy it from iPhone because of the stupid "not enough storage" error even though I had no interest in downloading it.

By the time I came home to my Apple TV it was 10PM Pacific Time when the movie resets.
