Unfortunately, one of the things that has crumbled is the interface that allows us to fix things...
So we're all waiting for vBulletin. We're waiting because UBB's member database is also crumbling, so we can't just import it into vBulletin. So we can either wait for a low-level fix from a MacNN server guru or ask everyone to start over again.
Believe me, if there was anything we could do, we'd have long since done it.

I sort of figured Amorph, being an admin, wouldn't misinform us like that, but I guess I figured wrong.
Well, unless you want to start EVERYTHING from scratch -- meaning all 6,406 members will have to reregister and ALL threads and 225,278 posts will be lost -- UBB HAD TO BE FIXED FIRST.
Now that it IS fixed, we can actually begin the transition and do some test imports into vBulletin.

Seems to me that everyone else is claiming that was the other option.

Though, it is my understanding that we will continue operation as we have been. I will continue to work on things as if none of the whole "Slappy Tech" mess had happened at all.
