I think that long before the meeting, somebody had better teach "Chump" how to spell Foxconn. I am fairly certain that he will never be able to do it himself!

How about we wait for the outcome of the meeting? Foxconn is a very smart company, let's see what the will commit to

Take Donald's iPhone away from him and tell him to worry about the national deficit.

The huge deficit Obama created during his 8 years of presidency.
No, the Great Recession and unnecessary war that Bush got us into that Obama tried to fix, but wasn't allowed to by the republican congress, who only wanted to get him out, no matter how it hurt the country.

People care about their own jobs more than they care about ethereal notions like national debts, as evidenced by the unprecedented doubling of the US debt under Obama.

So is this thread going to be locked down with all of the anti-Trump comments? Waiting...
The article IS about him meeting with a Chinese manufacturer. I take it we have to remain silent and not speak his name? Is it just because you voted him and just like Trump himself any criticism just makes you uncomfortable? Can't handle the heat? Get out of kitchen. This article specifically references the cheeto turd? Up until this comment I said nothing particularly offensive or demeaning to the man who calls himself the 45th president, so why are you so concerned with opinions about Trump when discussing a Trump related issue?
You liberals criticize him for everything he does. It's just a meeting yet you somehow have to throw in stupid comments such as "failing presidency." How can you criticize a meeting? Pretty foolish.
Because the man understands so little. And the same is true of you conservatives. You believe what the right says, even though it goes against your own best interests.

so what about this guy? Well, every time he is told how things work, he comes out with a statement about how no one knew how complicated it is, even though everyone but him knows how complicated these things are. We have no respect for this guy here in New York, because we know him too well.

seriously, if a democrat running for office had his companies go banckrupt four times, or six, by another counting, you guys would scream about how incompetent he is. And when you found out that about $75 million of his yearly income comes from benefits he gets from the government from his bankruptcies, you would scream about that too. It's all hypocritical.

We need to keep the thread going, and stop this presidency. That would make 65% of the country happy.
I want him to uphold the "Repeal" portion of the GOPs "Repeal and Replace" plan for the ACA, I want to see the tax system radically refashioned to make the US much more competitive globally and I'd like to see, if not a physical wall, an improved physical and electronic surveillance system along the Southern border. I'd also like to see California and New York pay a heavy fiscal price for declaring sanctuary city or state status.
I don't want him doing most anything he wants to do. I don't want a repeal of the ACA, nor does over 70% of the public. I don't want his idea of a tax code revision. What he wants to do there is a disaster. Deficits will climb even more. The 14 states on the border don't want his wall, and they've been saying that for quite a while now. They know how bad that idea is. It's interesting that Obama's Immigration Reform Act covered significantly increased electronic surveillance, and increased physical security, and republicans turned it down.

BS on the sanctuary fine nonsense. It's already been declared unconstitutional. I'll bet the higher courts agree.

They've been talking about this for year. It's nothing new. The problem is that as Gow has already said, the government would have to give very heavy concessions for it to work. That price would be so high, it would negate any advantages.

The debt under Obama is the fault of Bush, and the republican congress. Seriously, either you guys are totally ignorant about what's been going on, or you're willfully looking away from why these things have happened. I believe both are true.

As I understand it, the court knocked down an Executive Order that just said it was going to start enforcing a 1996 law signed by Bill Clinton...and the court struck down the EO and not the 1996 law.

Also, aren't we as individuals held accountable if we assist a criminal in their crime or to assist in escaping capture?

    This from Reuters:

A person with this kind of severe memory loss is running a company like this???

Heres the story. Obviously he's being coy with the reporters. He doesn't have a memory problem.
The point is: why should he be so evasive??? ('coy' as you call it)

Boy this went left and right and down and up... pun intended

However, what I still trying to understand and I think I do know the real issue. Why is everyone so upset the President is meeting with people and companies. Everyone does and not matter if you right or left on this issue but they all seem to have an issue with President even having direct conversations with any company or leader of a country. They all say it is not appropriate and he should not be doing it since it some how shows some sort of favoritism.

Personally I think the politicians making these kinds of statements do not like being by passed. The President open the door and these companies/people are now going direct to the President office verse through all the channels that use to exist. If anyone wanted to meet with the President or the President wanted to meet with a company or individual, the invite use to go through congress and home state reps of the company/person. The congress and such are upset because this is about control and who control the relationship with the companies and general public. Do not kind your self this is not about who controls the relationships

Also, for those who think the President's off the wall comments make no sense or sounds like he has no idea what he is doing, think again. If you need been in a negotiation, public and non public statement has a lot to do with setting the tone. Also make very obviously false statements have value in a negotiation, it forces the other side to have to set the record straight before things can move forward. It also it tells you if people react the wrong way to the false statement it tell you the other side has not idea what the real truth is. Most of what I see are just negotiation tactics, and if you never been in hard core negotiations you do not understand what is being played out in full view of the public. Reading books about negotiation will not teach you this stuff. Oh , negotiating with car salesman is not the same thing.

Great attitude, problem solving and positive thinking is the difference between a leader and a follower. You just watch ;-)

He has no fucking clue what he's doing, or what anything to do with governing involves. It's obvious because he says as much ALL THE TIME. Trump supporters love to say that libtard snowflakes or whatever are just sore but there's something to be said for holding your president to ANY degree of accountability whatsoever.
The only thing worse than his supporters falling for his lies in the first place is that even now, they still seem to be saying, "Hey, this Kool-aid tastes a little funky. Oh, well. Bottoms up!" (Yes, I know it's supposed to be Flavor-aid, but his supporters probably don't.)

No, sir. If Obama gets the credit, he also gets the blame. Isn't that what every Progressive and their mother are doing now to Trump? Trump has been called Hitler and the Anti-Christ and everything in between, despite only being in office for a few months.

Alec Baldwin's Trump on SNL nailed it:

"You people stand by me no matter what. It's like you found a finger in your chili, but you keep eating the chili, because you told everyone how much you love chili."

It should sound familiar, it's all over the airwaves, in the newspapers and coming out of the mouths of Democrats.

I meant Obama literally got called the same things — Hitler and the Anti-Christ — through his entire tenure by the right wing wackos.
