So now I have 3 things going on ebay...and I would appreciate your all's opinions on them..if they are good enough, or if I should add something. I'm thinking of adding paypal, but it's down for maintenance tonight, so will do that tomorrow.

So, without further interuption, here we go! And feel free to bid on any of them

your only problem is that you don't have any history at ebay. probably means you'll get anywhere from $100 - $200 less for the computer. $75 - $150 less on the monitor, at least in my opinion.

Thanks..but the only way to get a history there is to sell stuff right?

Just never sold anything but one other item and that went very well.

Oh, and that's why I have a reserve on them..if they get to it, then at least I'll get what I want for them. If not, then <a href="http://www.powermax.com"; target="_blank">www.powermax.com</a> has offered me what my reserve is.

 My reserve has been met already on the monitor! and 6 days to go!

if you have two monitors when wouldn't you set the quantity to 2?

also the picture of the monitor could be better, it looks nice but the way you took a picture of it the glare makes it look not so crystal clear...otherwise good.

the powermac is sweet i'd buy it from ya if i wasn't dirt poor

Well, waiting on a friend from CA who thinks his sister might want it...giving him first shot at one. Course I can just sell it later one if he chooses not to buy it.

Thanks, but it's hard to take a decent pic with a flash!

How much does it cost to ship each of those items to Toronto? You do the leg work, let me know, I think I might just bid.

    Caveat Emptor:

The Dell SmartStep 250N, and some laptops like it, uses the desktop version of Pentium 4. So expect reduced perfomance (1.1ghz) and all the other issues of using a non-mobile version of the chip.

Hey, that's a sweet tower. If all that was slapped in a quicksilver behind dual 800's it'd be a dream.

In the title of the powermac auction, you should put a space between G4 and 500, it will come up in a lot more searches that way.

Just did a quick check at Mail Box Etc, which is just up the street from me...

Since we didn't know the postal code, they think it's about $1/pound to ship the mac to Canada, and $1 per $100 insurance (so figure on about $100 for $1000 worth of insurance.)

The bike..hmmm..that's gonna be the expensive item...seeing as how the size of the box moves it up to the oversize and so they guesstimated it at "couple of hundred dollars". A more precise address would be helpful.

Well, the monitor sold for only a little more than I thought, $260. The bike jumped up at the end for $450..and the mac..well..it ended up going for $1326
