Vincent Ramos of Phantom Secure arrested / Is Tim Cook next?

I just stumbled across this article:

In the US - the FBI has arrested the director of a company that makes secure phones and charged him with all the crimes that his customers have committed!

Whilst Apple are clearly not the same as Phantom Secure - it does look like this is a shot across the bow - this is how we'll treat you if you don't start to play nice....

Thoughts?

Is Tim Cook next?

What might this mean for Apple going forward?  Reversible encryption?

    None of the above.

Phantom Secure willfully established an extra-legal entity, modified factory-standard phones to make them MORE impenetrable, and didn't ever respond to law enforcement requests.
