    Are you trying to say that we should compare performance and quality of work in order to determine if salaries were given out fairly? Are you insane? What's next? Grades in schools and grade based system in universities? Valuing athletes based on how fast they run and how far they jump? What a ridiculous system!

    Read carefully and pay attention. Do notmake up philosophy by extension. Amalysis is inaccurate and it does not account for fair comparison on the same job level. If one group is under represented in some role then you will have average biased in some direction obviously.
    The Left told me that the analysis is always accurate, as long as you just compare an average man and woman, so it must be true!

    Isn't a discussion about wage gap - a political one?
    instead of actually working through difficult issues (like this one) with honest discussion of the issue.
    That can not happen to non-issues, though, hey were made into issues due to political reasons. Discussing them can't solve them, because it does not address what brought them to life.

    FYI: military recruiting focuses about 80% of their efforts on recruiting females, in order to "even up the ranks".  This is social manipulation.  Generally, women do not want to join the military.  They are actively targeted and focused on as the "mission" (yes, this is what it is called in military recruiting).  Men who are lining up at the doors are turned away.

    Then we get the females in our ranks, who get pregnant, get out, and by-and-large have far more "issues" than their male counterparts.  Medical is filled with them every day.  Counseling, special all-hands training sessions for sensitivity, blah blah blah.

    Also, dating in the military has become a huge problem that nobody is willing to deal with.  Junior military members dating their supervisors, instructors, etc.  It is fraternization.  Then they get married, and one has to leave the command, causing a gap in manning.  Then one (the female 99% of the time) sucks up the non-deployable jobs, forcing the males to remain deployable with no break like we used to get.
    Maybe chemical castration or reversible sterilization should be part and parcel of joining any military service.
