One file one location, being accessed my devices

Hello:
i have an iPhone7 and a Windows 10 PC.

I have a file (currently the file is in MS Word, but if I need to change that, it won’t be a problem.

I am assuming I need to have this file in the cloud or maybe a google drive.

so here is a use case:
- create a file (only first time)
- load it in some common repository (most likely iCloud)
- if I edit the file from my PC (make changes).
- Save and close the file and exit out.
- then open this file on my iPhone, I want to be able to see all the changes made on the PC.

Word, with the document saved to Microsoft’s OneDrive cloud will do what you want..
