What's the headline [u]?

AppleInsider article headlines are occasionally appended with a [u] on the end. What's that mean? Maybe the article has been updated for accuracy and/or clarity since it was originally published? Or is there some other meaning?

    Updated. Generally with an amplification of what was known at the time, or with a response from company PR.

    In the case of the "dark mode" story, it was updated to reflect that Apple pulled the internet-facing video.
