So, they are bringing back group facetime. We used to be able to do that several years ago in Messaging.
Did it ever go live or was it just in a macOS beta before quietly disappearing or was that iChat video?

Apple opening up CarPlay to third party navigation apps is huge. Pretty exciting news!

In general there was a lot there for customers. Not too much new for devs but more info will be available later on.

Screen Time will be a great help for parents in managing usage.  Judgmental jerks with no kids of their own or raised teens before 2010 need not comment on how modern parents don't need more effective tools because you have no clue.

This is the best new feature in iOS for many many families.

watchOS5 runs on the original AW?

This is kinda starting to drag. Hour an a half in, not one word about the Mac, hardware, compatibility... Yawn.

That macOS 10.14 would be called Mojave, which he reasoned by looking at parts of the background image being shown in that Xcode leak a few days ago. His comment even backed up the inclusion of Dark Mode because the background image of the then assumed Mojave dessert image would be a great image for that rumoured feature.

This mention of ML and Metal is the first time it has become more developer focussed than customer focussed.
