    No, I wouldn't use superglue.



    Use something like double tape, cut them into the shape of the rubber thingies and stick them on.



    My rubber things are actually disc shaped so they have more surface area than the existing ones so sticking them on is easy.



    I didn't use any glue as I got them from my old cd writer as I said and they were sticky already.



    I'm happy you find this technique useful.

    Although the RadTech people (radtech.us) are a little crazy with their pricing on the WildEepz silicone-pad things, they do have a nice product that does the job for my TiBook - the ScreenSavrz microfiber cloth. It is very, very, very thinly cut (doesn't prevent closure at all) and keeps the screen perfect, provided one cleans everything up first to start out well. Even using a sheet of paper didn't work on this machine when it was closed inside a case on a plane for a while, but the ScreenSavrz was very effective.
