30w support for new ipad air 3 ???

Hey guys 
I recently bought an ipad air 3 and its its my first ios device
And as we know it comes with a 12w charger which chargers around 28% in 1 hr and so it will take around 3 and half hrs to charge it to 98% as the battery capacity in terms of size is said to be around 8000 mah ( nice)
So i wanna know if i should purchase a 30w apple adapter plus usb c to lightning cable for better results or 18w is enough ??

    Yup, the 30W adapter with USB-PD will charge the iPad faster.

    Also can yu tell if stock apple 30w charger will be a good option or should i buy from belkin or anker ??
